Danske Bank has announced two new senior appointments within its Corporate & Business Banking team.
Geoff Sharpe has been appointed as Head of Corporate, while Niall Harkin becomes Head of Organisational Development. They will report to the Managing Director for Corporate and Business Banking, Shaun McAnee, who said:

“However, we must continue to evolve and adapt as a bank to ensure we add even greater value to our customers through the provision of our banking services. We will continue to invest in new enhancements to our offering that will make life easier for our customers and help them achieve their growth ambitions whether at home or overseas.

Geoff Sharpe joined Danske Bank six years ago and for the last 18 months has led our Corporate team looking after property and strategic relationships In his new role, Geoff has responsibility for the leadership and development of our Corporate Banking offering.
Niall Harkin joined the bank’s Corporate banking team eight years ago but was more recently responsible for successfully driving the growth of the bank’s mortgage business via brokers, as Head of Mortgage Intermediaries. He is the Vice-Chair of the Chartered Accountants Ulster Society. Niall’s new role at Danske Bank will see him focus on driving key initiatives to deliver positive transformational change in the business for the benefit of our customers and staff.
