Small and Medium Business Regulations 2015

1st March 2017 - The UK government has recently introduced legislation that aims to improve access to finance for small and medium sized businesses by encouraging greater competition in banking.

What does this mean for me?

If you are a small or medium sized enterprise and you hold a sterling current account or loan account with us then we will share certain data (as set out in the legislation) with designated credit reference agencies. Below you will find the answers to some frequently asked questions.
