For Business Online and Markets Online to work satisfactorily, we recommend the following as minimum specifications for your PC and local network:

| Local network and communication protocol |
- All communication with the Bank takes place via the TCP/IP protocol.
- To communicate with Business Online, you have to open port 443.
- For file transfer to and from the bank, port 1414 must be open too.

Other requirements
Your PC must have Sun Java (minimum version 1.4.2_02) activated on your PC.
To be able to send and receive files in Business Online, the PC must have a C drive.
