Telephone Banking

With 24 Hour Telephone Banking you can create your own personal list of people and organisations you make payments to either regularly or less frequently. Once we have set up your list, all you have to do is log on to 24 Hour Telephone Banking to make the payment. You can change your list by contacting one of our advisors.

If you set up a future dated payment through 24 Hour Telephone Banking we allow you up until 2.00pm to pay cleared funds into your account on the day the payment is due to be made. After this time, the payment will not be made.

You will not be charged any fees or service charges in relation to this payment.


Faster Payments Service (FPS)
FPS is a payments scheme in the UK which enables payments to be processed in near realtime. Both sending and receiving Financial Institutions must be participants in the scheme - not all Financial Institutions are in the scheme.
