I get an error message with the BID codes 1114 and 1115
These are the most common error messages. They are due either to a temporary break in the line or the eBanking page taking too long to download. The problem is often resolved by turning the Internet connection off and on again, and logging on to eBanking again. If the same error message returns, you should wait 5-10 minutes before making a fresh attempt.

My Mac has Java installed, but I’m still having problems logging on
You may need a newer version of Java in order to log on to eBanking.
If you are a Mac user, you can download the latest version of Java straight from the Apple Web site.
