Incentives for First Time Buyers, Home Movers and Mortgages Switching to Us

 

Cashback Incentive

If the customer borrows £150,000 or more we'll give them £1,500 Cashback.

If the customer borrows between £75,000 and £149,999 we'll give them £1,200 Cashback.

If the customer borrows below £75,000 we'll give them £500 Cashback.

Offer ends 2nd December 2017.

Available to First Time Buyers, Home Movers and new to bank Switchers. The customer must have completed a mortgage application and received an illustration by 2nd December 2017 to qualify for Cashback. Cashback is only payable on completion of the mortgage. Terms and conditions apply.

 

Remortgage Incentive

If a customer is switching their mortgage to Danske Bank and have declined the Cashback Incentive, or are an existing Danske Bank Residential Mortgage customer switching to a Fixed Rate Loan product with us, they could avail of:

  1. Our new Remortgage Incentive Fixed Rates
  2. A free valuation, if we require one, up to the value of £600

New to Danske Bank Customers

For all applicants who are not existing Danske Bank customers we will require a servicing account to be opened with us in the names of all applicants to the mortgage.

Our advisors will discuss account options with your customer at the time of the servicing account.

When they come to sell their home they will need to use the sale's proceeds to repay their outstanding mortgage balance.
