1st March 2017 - The UK government has recently introduced legislation that aims to improve access to finance for small and medium sized businesses by encouraging greater competition in banking.
The legislation, known as the Small and Medium Sized Business (Credit Information) Regulations 2015, requires a number of banks, including Danske Bank, to share certain data with other lenders through designated credit reference agencies.
What does this mean for me?
