Bridging Loan

When you need short term financing, then a Business Bridging Loan may be the answer.

  • Business Bridging Loans generally have a maximum term of 12 months but can be agreed for up to two years
  • Repayment is normally made in one lump sum, at or before the end of the agreed term.  The repayment may be made from, for example, the proceeds of the sale of property or other assets, a maturing investment or refinancing by approved third–party borrowing
  • Interest is calculated daily and applied monthly
  • If you do not have a current account with us, you must open a Feeder Account* to make repayments to and from your loan

'*Feeder account is a Business Servicing Account used to service a Business Loan where a customer does not operate their main trading account with Danske Bank. Payments services are not available on a Business Servicing Account (cheques, cash, debit card, standing orders, direct debits or Business eBanking)'
