As a cardholder, you can get help from us whenever you need it and wherever you are. We provide assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, if your card is missing or stolen, or you require other help with your card when you are travelling.
Notify us immediately
If your card is lost or stolen, or if the someone else knows your PIN, phone us as soon as possible on 0370 850 2481(national rates). Or, you can report it at any of our branches in the UK. If you are outside the UK, you can report lost or stolen cards at any time of the day by phoning Danske Card Services on +44 2890 049201(international rates). (We may monitor or record your phone calls to us. Call charges may vary. Please refer to your service provider.)
If your card is stolen report it to the police and give us a copy of any police report.
You can also block your card from being used on eBanking and within Danske Mobile/Tablet Bank app.
