Open 24 hours a day, our Telephone Banking service allows you to

  • check your account balance
  • review withdrawals and deposits
  • transfer money between your accounts
  • pay selected bills or make payments to other accounts

How it works
  • Call 03457 365024 (local rate) or +44 28 9004 9212 (international rate) if you are abroad.
  • Enter your customer number followed by your Access Code (known only to you)
  • You will then hear a list of options available to you.
